This book is series of stories about war and those involved with war. It talks about things from an antiwar perspective and also the perspective that war is unfortunately necessary. It goes over the realities of the military contract and the things experienced physically, emotionally, and mentally during battle. this book covers post-traumatic stress disorder and things women face in the military. It has a little of everything.
Not my favorite book to read, but it is a book that I think those considering the military should read. This book made me take time to think about how I feel about war and why we have it.
